第二届虹桥国际经济论坛上，大咖们都说了啥？

　　11月5日，随着中国国际进口博览会的开幕，第二届虹桥国际经济论坛(Hongqiao International Economic Forum)也如约在国家会议中心(上海)举行。

　　本届论坛的主题为“开放创新，合作共赢”，由开幕式主论坛和五场分论坛组成，分别围绕五个议题展开讨论，他们分别是：

　　70年中国发展与人类命运共同体

　　开放、规制与营商环境  

　　人工智能与创新发展

　　世贸组织改革与自由贸易协定

　　数字化时代与电子商务创新发展

　　在昨天下午的五场分论坛上，60余位来自全球政商学界的重量级嘉宾分别发言。各分论坛还设有互动讨论环节，各方共商共议、共解难题、共谋发展，为新时代世界经济贡献“虹桥智慧”和“虹桥主张”。

　　中国日报记者全程跟踪了每场分论坛，并制作了中国日报进博会专版，汇聚了各个论坛上“大咖”们的精彩发言。

　　70年中国发展与人类命运共同体

　　在“70年中国发展与人类命运共同体”(China's 70-year development and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind)分论坛上，中共中央政治局委员、中宣部部长黄坤明发表了题为“共享发展治理经验，共谋幸福美好未来”的主旨演讲。

　　他指出，习近平主席在第二届中国国际进口博览会开幕式上的重要讲话，体现了中国继续扩大开放的信心与决心，彰显了中国愿同国际社会一道建设开放型世界经济、构建人类命运共同体的责任担当。

　　President Xi Jinping's keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the second China International Import Expo demonstrates China's confidence and resolve to open up further, Huang Kunming, a senior official of the Communist Party of China, said Tuesday。

　　Xi's speech also underscores China's strong sense of responsibility to work with the international community to build an open global economy and a community with a shared future for humanity。

　　智库和媒体是连通世界各国民心的纽带。希望智库和媒体做世界和平发展的倡导者、合作共赢理念的传播者、改革创新方案的贡献者、人类共同进步的促进者，为推动构建人类命运共同体贡献智慧力量。

　　Think tanks and media institutions can be advocates of world peace and development, disseminators of the concept of win-win cooperation, and promoters of common progress for mankind。

　　本场分论坛有来自100多个国家和地区的智库界、媒体界400余人参加。

　　塞尔维亚前总统托米斯拉夫·尼科利奇表示，所有见证和参与了当代中国发展的人士，都应该为中国所取得的巨大成就感到自豪。习近平主席提出的共建“一带一路”倡议，充分尊重各地区和各种文明的多样性，真正体现了互利共赢的理念。

　　The success of the BRI lies in fully taking into consideration the political and cultural differences of various countries, and China will not collaborate with different countries in the same uniform mode. Instead, countries can negotiate with China from their own specific national condition, said Tomislav Nikolic, former president of Serbia。

　　开放、规制与营商环境

　　在“开放、规则与营商环境”分论坛上，与会嘉宾就如何振兴国际投资、推动构建开放型世界经济建言献策。

　　亚洲基础设施投资银行行长金立群表示，“营商环境首要的指标就是可预见性、透明度以及可信赖度。”可预见性是指政策要向着越来越好的方向发展，同时，规则要清楚透明，并且言必信、行必果。

　　Jin Liqun, president of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, suggested that, to make the Chinese market friendlier to businesses, governments at all levels ensure predictability, transparency and credibility of their policies。

　　魏艾玛

　　葛兰素史克首席执行官魏艾玛说，无论是跨国企业到中国、还是中国企业走出去，都会遇到“礁石”，有些看得见、有些看不见，但只要切实合作，结成伙伴关系，真诚倾听，一定会不断向前，实现“新时代，共享未来”。

　　她表示，企业应当满足当地消费者的需求，同时为当地产业发展提供支持。合作共赢的理念将为改善营商环境打下良好基础。

　　British pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline's CEO Emma Walmsley said that companies should meet the demand of local customers, and they should support the growth of local industries, she said. That win-win situation will lay the groundwork for a better business environment。
